Sephora Haulage!

So last week I was so sick I had the worst cold of my life. As I started feeling better but stayed in bed I was bored. So I randomly "bored shopped" at Sephora.com of course lol. Here is my little haulage and reviews will come after I used the products for a bit.

I got my first Illamasqua blush. I really wanted something from Illamasqua so why not a blush.
Its called Excite and it is a bright coral. I LOVE CORAL RIGHT NOW! It looks kinda scary but if you use the right blush brush and a light hand it is going to look beautiful. ($24.00)

Dior Addict lipstick in 249 Brillance. Its a beautiful what else but coral color. Very soft and it feels very moisturizing. ($28.00)

Laura Mercier silk cream foundation in Beige Ivory. I guessed on the color I would be. I really wanted to try this foundation because I heard so many good things about it. I will let you all know how it goes with this one! ($42.00)

Tart Amazonian Clay Discovery set. It comes with...
- emphasEYES™ Amazonian Clay Shadow Stick in Bronze (bronze sheen) - Lights, Camera, Lashes! Clinically-Proven Natural Mascara in Black - Amazonian Clay 12-hour Blush in Adored (shimmering light pink)- Smooth Operator™ Micronized Clay Finishing Powder (translucent) -emphasEYES™ Amazonian Clay Waterproof Liner in Black (matte black)Zip Pouch. I mainly got this because I wanted to try the blush because its new and suppose to be amazing lol, and also I have no Tarte products so what a great way to start. ($39.00 valued for $103)

BH cosmetics

So there was a promo going on with BH cosmetics where you can make you own 15 color palette. I never tried BH cosmetics before so I figured this is the perfect time. It was kinda hard to pick the eye shadow colors online because the colors seem so flat but I did a pretty good job.
I love the packaging how sleek and just simple it is I was very surprised with that.
This is my palette and all the colors I picked.
The mirror is amazing and huge and I love it.
The back of the palette is magnetic and so are the eye shadow pans themselves. This is great because if you run out of a color or don't like a color and want to replace it you can just pop it out and put in the new color.

These are swatches of the 15 colors I picked. For the most part I got neutral colors. I did pick the purple and pink that are more "fun" colors. I am not as happy as those colors as I am with the rest. They are very pigmented and also very soft and just easy to blend.
The shipping was super fast and I was happy with that because I hate waiting for packages.
WWW.BHCOSMETICS.COM is the site.

I also got a blush palette

Elizabeth Taylor

Saddened to hear about the passing of Elizabeth Taylor—An iconic beauty, she will always be remembered...

“It’s not the having, it’s the getting.”

“When people say, ‘She’s got everything’, I’ve got one answer – I haven’t had tomorrow.”

“Success is a great deodorant. It takes away all your past smells.”

Roller for your under eye...

Garnier Skin Renew Anti-dark circle roller. I use this everyday and I love it! I have  been using this as my concealer for the past two weeks.
I am sure if you need the extra coverage you can put your usual concealer on top.
It comes tinted and says it works for most skin tones.
I roll it under my eyes a few times and then pat it in. Its wonderful and I love it.

Olay has one that I want to try also. I am curious about it now. The Olay one has a brush, and if that one can top the Garnier one then I will just be amazed because this is just so wonderful.

Every morning I have also been using the Garnier Skin Renew Anti-puff eye roller.
I love this one so much.
It really works to de-puff my eyes.
I'm very skeptical with stuff that claims to take away dark circles and de puff your eyes. This actually does de-puff your eyes.
The roller ball is kinda cold when you rub it under your eyes and I guess it just moves around the fluid from your puffy eyes. Kinda gross but it works. This stuff is amazing!

The green is the De-puff one
The gold one is the concealer

That is a swatch of the concealer roller
The de-puffer is a gel like consistency

I got these both on sale for $9.74. They always have deals with these at CVS I think usually they are $12 or $13.

Base coat... Top coat...

So I went to CVS and had some extra care bucks burning a whole in my wallet. I was in the nail polish isle as usual and saw the Seche clear base coat( $7.69), and Seche vite top coat ($9.89). I ended up paying 10 something for both together.

The Seche clear base coat is okay. I was never really a base coat person, I just kinda slapped the polish on my nails and on I went.
I am very much in love with my Essie fill the gap base coat.
I feel that my nails did chip with this base coat a lot faster than normal.
I also don't like the fact that there is no formulation in this product to fill in the ridges of your nails and give you a smooth surface.

The Seche Vite dry fast top coat I love. I used this with my Essie fill the gap and my polish lasted more than usual.
It does dry your nails fast.
It makes them super shiney (which I love).
I always put two coats of a base on so this was very rich and thick and I think thats why my nails lasted up to 6 days! AMAZING I know :)

Cinna-Bun hair

Now we cant hate those cute girls who have that "not trying to hard, but I look awesome" bun look. WE CAN NOT!

This coming spring and summer seem to be THE SEASONS OF BUNs.

Kim K has a slick back high bun. Ballerina like I would say. I think she pulls this off very well because it's not directly on top of her head. She has it more in the back of her head, and it defiantly gives a different more sophisticated look.

Gwen Stefani has the mother of all buns! I still think she can pull it off well because its GWEN STEFANI! Also because It is kinda messy. I like that she has her little baby hairs coming out and it's not so slick. Makes the style look more relaxed and fun. I wish I can pull of something like that.

Rachel Bilsons hair bun is what mine looks like on a daily basis. Hers looks super cute while mine just look like a messy bun. I love messy looks, its just so casual and practical. She always looks cute because she doesn't give to much effort to anything she does, its just natural.
This still looks cute because, well, she is so cute! I do prefer her with the more messy bun.

Would you try the messy bun look? Or the cinna-bun look?
For a casual run to the market? Or to a wedding or special event?
Let me know

My niece who is 2 likes to rock the cinna-bun messy look...

Sand Tropez

Essie Sand Topez

I personally love this color. It is like the perfect gray/nude color. It reminds me of a nice nude heel color. My sister said it looks like diarrhea lol.
To each his own.

Don't mind my dry hands.

Hunt for Flats....

So I am always on the hunt for new flats. I am the worst when it comes to shoes in general. I love my sneakers, flip flops, and Uggs.

Now I wish I can wear these sexy 5inch Christian Louboutin...

But regardless lets talk about flats...
I have my eye on these beautiful Snake Print Caroline Ballet Flats by Tory Burch...
These go for $225. Now I honestly wouldn't mind spending the money on these because the back looks like it wouldn't leave that scare from walking and rubbing on your skin.

Now the original Tory Burch look like they would hurt me...
These are the classic Reva ballet flats ($195).

Now Mossimo that is sold at Target has very very very comfortable flats, and cute.
Now I have these and I only paid $12.58 lol. I run from flats to flats with in three months so thats why I always think twice about buying expensive shoes.

I just ordered these cute flats also from Target and also by Mossimo
They are $9.00. I liked that they are purple and have the flower details. I wear a lot of black so the purple will give an outfit a good pop of color.

What kind of flats do you wear? Where do you get them from? What brand are they? HELP ME OUT! hehe

Shatter obsession

So after my last post about the Shatter I decided I am a little Shatter crazed lol.
I am getting the hang of using the Shatter polish.
Under the Katy Perry Shatter I have
China Glaze For Audry polish
Its a beautiful Tiffany box color.
