Back and hairless!

So I have been MIA for a while but I'm back and a better beauty blogger I promise!

So I have pretty hairy arms. Thanks to my Greek background...

Yes, that is my hair arm.

For many years I have been waxing my arms, shaving my arms, and even using Nair. This Sally Hanson product I found is pretty much the same concept as Nair.

Extra Strength Spray-On Shower-Off Hair Remover

This product is much easier than Nair,waxing or shaving. I love that it's a spray can application so you really can not miss any spots on your arms or legs. 

Just spray and rinse away. Ehhh I sprayed it on my arms and let it sit for about 4 to 5 minutes then I rinsed it with luke warm water. The hair just stayed in place. You have to take a towel and gently rub the hair off, then rinse it again. Not going to lie it does have a funky smell but you get use to it. 

ITS NOT THAT BAD just kinda funky!

Overall I would repurchase this again. It is very convenient.

Does give you that nice clean look. I haven't used it on my legs because I just shave my legs (when I am not lazy). But if anyone does please let me know how it works out.

BIRCH BOX #1

Birch Box might possibly be one of my new favorite ideas/websites.

Birch Box is a monthly membership service. It costs $10 a month and you receive 5 deluxe size beauty samples in the mail. You can cancel the service at any time, although I don’t know why you would!

I signed up in the middle of April, and they ship their box’s the first week of every month. I got my May box on May 15!! It was like my birthday! I ran to my mailbox and ripped it open to see what was inside!

This month wasn't as great as I saw other people get other months but I got a full size eye shadow from Stila and also an amazing hand lotion that I fell in love with! 

Below are all of the items I received, which I will be doing reviews on shortly in separate posts. Let me know what you think of the Birch Box concept. I think its a genius idea!! I cant wait to show you all of my goodies every month!

Shellac update!

I am a little late with my Shellac update, but I am happy to tell you guys that I LOVED IT!
My french Shellac manicure stayed on for 8 days!
No chip, no fuss, NOTHING!
I am sure it could have lasted long but if you have been following my blog I get very bored and paint my nails like every two day lol.
I would defiantly recommend this if you find a good salon that does it and also maybe if you are going away on vacation because it will last!

Shellac? What the heck?

So I have been hearing about this Shellac for a while now. The good and the bad. Honestly only the bad, but hey I wanted to try it for myself.
At my nail salon they do OPI Shellac.
This is basically a no chip manicure. No fake nails applied just your actually nail manicure with a twist.
On average this no chip Shellac will last for about two weeks.
My salon did have a good  range of OPI polishes to choose from.
It was $25.
The process was a bit more "dramatic" than a regular nail polish.

I did a french manicure for a bit of a change. 

I am really loving it but this is just a few hours into the manicure. I am always using my hands for something and my polish usually chips after the second or third day. 

I will post pictures and keep you guys updated to actually see if this last two weeks.

• My nails were painted similar to a regular manicure
• One at a time my nails were placed under a UV light "baked" as I say
• The UV light dries the polish instantly NO DRYING! YAY! (BEST PART)
• The process of keeping it under the UV light took about 10 minutes then I was out the door
